1. Introduction: The Declaration of Political Bankruptcy
Europe stands at the precipice of an irreversible transformation. We must begin this document with a brutal admission of the status quo: The current condition of our internal security and border integrity represents a total “declaration of political bankruptcy” by the ruling establishment. It is a sign of profound state failure when European nations are forced to spend billions of euros annually merely to erect concrete barriers and deploy heavy police units around our most cherished traditions. When Christmas markets, carnival processions, and local festivals – historic symbols of European joy and freedom – must be turned into high-security fortresses to prevent massacres, the social contract has been broken.
Terrorism and assaults are our great enemy, but it is, for the most part, an imported enemy. The instability, the polarisation, the exploding crime rates, and the pervasive feeling of insecurity we are seeing today, especially in Western Europe, are not natural phenomena like the weather; they are the direct results of political choices made in Brussels and national capitals.
The Establishment as the Perpetrator
We state unequivocally: the establishment of most Western and central European countries is not merely a bystander to this crisis; they are its perpetrators. By failing to secure our external borders and looking away when it’s inconvenient, they have made themselves accomplices to the chaos. Whether through incompetence, moral cowardice, or ideological blindness, they have allowed Europe to be used as a playground not only to all kinds of smugglers, opportunists, terrorists and criminals but also for our geopolitical enemies.
We acknowledge the geopolitical reality: foreign powers – including Russia, the United States, and even strategic allies such as Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and European states themselves — have destabilised Europe’s neighbourhood in North Africa and the Middle East through badly implemented interventionist policies. The Franco-British intervention in Libya is a notable example. While Gaddafi’s repression of protestors made the impulse to intervene understandable, the outcome must be faced honestly: a fragmented state locked in permanent instability and an “open door” in North Africa through which millions of migrants have passed. Europe as a whole, ultimately, pays the price for these decisions.
Russia, in particular, now cynically weaponises and orchestrates migration flows to pressure, blackmail, and divide European societies. At the same time, large parts of the European establishment – especially in Western Europe, though less so in Eastern Europe – have welcomed, supported, and even expanded mass migration. The unholy alliance of certain NGOs, extreme universalism and business interests has created an uncritical “welcome culture” that has thrown away all rhyme and reason (at least in Western Europe) and policies that, however they themselves spin it, have proven to be socially corrosive and geopolitically disastrous.
To justify this course, leftist, green and also centrist politicians of the establishment often invoke the demographic transition, arguing that Europe “needs immigration to pay for pensions.” This framing is misleading. It reduces a profound civilisational and social question to a narrow fiscal calculation, while ignoring integration limits, social cohesion, long-term dependency ratios, and the fact that mass immigration does not resolve demographic decline but merely postpones it — often at rising political and societal cost.
Paying billions of euros to foreign powers to prevent them from “opening the gates” is not a sustainable strategy and should, at best, be a temporary containment measure. The preferable alternative is a strong, united European external border, backed by coordinated political will, enforcement capacity, and shared responsibility among all European states, to effectively resist migratory pressures.
2. Vision & Political Commitment
Ave Europa asserts a fundamental paradigm shift: Migration into Europe is a privilege, not a universal human right. It must be guided by highly strict criteria and must be hard-earned. We reject the narrative that Europe is an open playground for the world. Europeans have a right to decide who they want to live with.
To achieve this, we must address two critical fronts and acknowledge multiple positions:
1. Reforming the Broken Asylum System
The current asylum system is the primary engine of disorder. We must explicitly name the system itself as the problem. The “right to asylum” can no longer function as a backdoor for unregulated entry. We advocate for a radical restructuring:
External Processing: Only asylum applications from citizens of EU neighbouring states can be processed in Europe. The rest should be processed in safe third countries. No asylum processing should take place on European soil.
Document Integrity: A “no papers, no processing” policy must be absolute to end the exploitation of legal loopholes.
Temporary Solutions: Asylum should be strictly defined as temporary protection in controlled camps, with an automated path to repatriation once the immediate danger has passed, rather than a path to permanent residency. Exceptions can be made for refugees who are making an exceptional effort to become part of our society (language learning, volunteer work, etc) and in numbers that are consistent with maintaining demographic stability. They are to be handpicked and in negligible numbers.
2. Beyond the “Refugee” Narrative
While the asylum system is broken, it is only the tip of the iceberg in some countries. The millions arriving through work, study, and family visas – though “legal” means – pose an equal challenge to European unity and cultural integrity. Especially in the UK.
A visa stamp does not negate the impact of mass demographic shifts. Whether an individual arrives via a dinghy or a commercial flight, the result is the same: the dilution and erasure of European identity. Therefore, Ave Europa demands strict limitations on all forms of non-European migration, ensuring that the preservation of our ethnocultural fabric takes precedence over economic or bureaucratic convenience.
Europeans do not want multiculturalism, they want assimilation
Europeans want to live in a high-trust society surrounded by people who speak their language, whose behaviour is predictable and who share fundamental values. Multiculturalism often means fundamentally different worldviews and values, which in practice often clash with each other. We are seeing more and more reports of native French and German students getting bullied in schools where they are in the minority1.
We are driven by an existential realisation: If native Europeans become a minority in their own continent, Europe as a distinct cultural and political entity is dead.
The Death of the European Project
The ‘European Project’ is not merely a collection of trade agreements; its true raison d’être is the common underlying culture built over millennia through shared customs, literature, and political outlooks. This shared heritage is the only reason European integration even works.
If this cultural bond is dissolved through mass migration, the very foundation of the European Union will be dead in the water. Without a unified cultural core, the Union will inevitably fracture and fall apart.
From Civilisation to Subjugation
A deracinated Europe – a mere husk of its former self – will lack the internal cohesion to project power. Once our civilisational identity is snuffed out, we will no longer be masters of our own destiny. Instead, a fragmented Europe will become a playground for foreign powers. We will be reduced to a collection of weak states, destined to be subjugated by foreign powers.
To prevent Europe from becoming a mere “geographical expression” hijacked by outside interests, we must protect the demographic and cultural integrity that makes European strategic independence possible. Our millennia of development must not be surrendered; they must be guarded as the only path to a sovereign future.
Ideological Defence
There is no place in Europe for worldviews that despise our history, subjugate women, or reject our secular freedoms and strive to displace our ethnocultural identities. Our vision is a united Federal Europe that acts as a shield for its people – a Europe where safety is the default condition of life, not a luxury that has to be guarded by concrete and machine guns.
3. Main Structure: Strategic Pillars
I. Pillar One: Total Border Sovereignty and Law Enforcement
Objective: To safeguard the continent and restore the rule of law
1. One Border, One Force
The current fragmentation of 34 national borders is a strategic weakness that human traffickers and hostile states exploit. The migration crisis is only solvable if Europe acts as a single, federal unit with one perimeter.
The Expansion of Frontex: We demand the transformation of Frontex from a support agency into a massive, executive European Border and Coast Guard. It must be enlarged, militarised, empowered to physically secure the external border, independent of national hesitations and have status as combatants if needed.
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has mutated into the greatest legal obstacle to our security, consistently prioritising the rights of illegal entrants over the safety of European citizens2. The current right to asylum has drifted from its original intent of protecting the oppressed; it has become a system that strips the European people of their democratic right to decide who crosses their borders.
A New Framework for Control: Ave Europa calls for a fundamental reconstitution of the right to asylum. We recognise that the current paralysis stems from a misplaced sense of humanitarianism that has been exploited. To fix this, we propose a “New Right to Asylum” based on two pillars:
Strict Eligibility: Protection must be reserved exclusively for those genuinely and individually persecuted – such as Syrian Christians or other distinct minorities facing targeted annihilation.
Mass Repatriation Power: The system must be reformed to make deportations easy and efficient. The legal framework should allow for mass repatriations without the decades of judicial interference that currently allow rejected seekers to remain indefinitely. Repatriation to safe countries should occur swiftly.
The ECHR Ultimatum: If a reform of the right to asylum proves to be impossible within existing international frameworks, Ave Europa demands a formal withdrawal of all EU member-states from the jurisdiction of the ECHR regarding migration and border issues.
If the choice is between an outdated judicial body and the survival of our civilisation, we choose our civilisation. We will protect the genuinely persecuted, but we will no longer allow the “right to asylum” to serve as a suicide pact for the European people.
2. The “No Way” and Repatriation Policy
We advocate for the immediate and systematic repatriation of all persons who have entered Europe illegally.
Legal Routes Only: We do not want any regular illegal routes into Europe. Entry must be entirely legal, pre-approved, and procedural. We must have external asylum processing centres in safe third countries where genuinely persecuted refugees can apply for asylum. Previously illegal routes can be made legal through explicit parliamentary approval. If extreme duress or persecution is occurring in a state directly bordering the European Union, a specially designed court should explicitly allow travel. Otherwise, if you cross illegally, especially when processing centers have been established, you forfeit any right to apply for asylum or Visa and are banned for life.
Deportation of Criminals: Any non-citizen who commits a serious crime must be deported immediately. There are to be no second chances, no suspended sentences, and no “hardship cases”.
The “Leverage Protocol”: A Federal Europe will use its full economic weight to force countries of origin to accept their citizens back. We will implement a strict policy where any nation refusing to take back its nationals will see all development aid cut to zero. Furthermore, we will block private money transfers (remittances) sent from Europe to that country. Financial pressure will force cooperation. We will also reward countries with developmental aid or investments that choose to play by the rules. If deportation to the home country is not possible, deportation to a safe third-party country will be completed.
II. Pillar Two: Cultural Defence and Internal Security
Objective: To overcome internal/domestic opposition, stop foreign influence, and protect European traditions/cohesion.
1. Combatting Incompatible Ideologies: We must be intolerant of intolerance.
Blocking Foreign Influence: We must sever the financial lifelines of religious and political institutions that spread radicalism. We specifically identify organisations like DITIB, which acts as an extended arm of the Turkish government (and others funded by Gulf states). These organisations operate mosques in Europe that hinder integration, spy on critics, and spread anti-European sentiment. They must be closed down and legally charged.
Judicial Consequences: Foreign funders of radicalism must be blocked and fought in the courts. We demand prison sentences for those who facilitate foreign interference or radicalisation on European soil. We will not tolerate fifth columns funded by Ankara, Riyadh, or Doha operating within our borders.
2. Protecting Traditions: We refuse to accept a “new normal” where public life is lived behind anti-terror concrete bollards. The billions spent on securing Christmas markets and other public events are a tax on the failure of migration policy. We pledge to restore a Europe where traditions can be celebrated openly, without the shadow of terror.
3. Citizenship and Naturalisation: We must stop the statistical trickery of mass naturalisation. We note with alarm that countries like Germany naturalised 300,000 people in a single year, effectively using citizenship to statistically hide the migration crisis.
Denaturalisation: We must reserve the right to strip citizenship from dual nationals who commit serious crimes, acts of terrorism or agitate directly against vital European interests. Latvia leads by example.
Passports are Sacred: Citizenship is the final stage of assimilation, not a bureaucratic tool to improve crime statistics.
III. Pillar Three: Economic Realism and Social Justice for Europeans
Objective: To protect the welfare state and reverse the ‘brain drain’.
1. Dismantling Pull Factors
Welfare Reform: We must eliminate the pull factors for low-skilled migrants entirely. There should be no welfare provision for newcomers, and our immediate goal is the total removal of social benefits for non-citizens unless they are a net beneficiary. If they cannot sustain themselves financially, they must return to their home countries. Industries relying on cheap foreign labour should instead be encouraged to automate.
Protecting Healthcare: We must prioritise the ageing European population and young native families.
While we welcome foreign health professionals, we reject the false narrative that mass immigration improves healthcare. Per capita, immigrant populations rarely provide more doctors than the native population.3 Instead, we will be far more selective and mindful of our needs, not open the borders wildly and hope we get enough doctors and nurses.
Housing Crisis: We acknowledge that migration is a significant driver of the housing shortage. Millions of newcomers compete with young European families for limited living space, driving up rents. We must always favour young European families in the allocation of social housing.
2. Reversing the Brain Drain: While we import millions of low-skilled individuals, we are losing our best minds. Over 300,000 skilled Germans left their country in one year alone, for example; across Europe, this number is in the millions. We must stop this exodus by making Europe safe and prosperous again, rather than replacing our population with incompatible cultures.
4. Enforcement & Governance
To implement this vision, Ave Europa proposes the following concrete legislative and executive measures:
Restriction of Family Reunion: Family reunion is not a right; it is a merit-based reward. It serves as an incentive for highly educated, culturally compatible and proven migrants who can fully finance their families. For low-skilled migrants, family reunion is to be abolished. Instead, it should be made easier for them to visit their family in their home country without losing their work visa.
Maternity vs Migration: We acknowledge the demographic crisis (low birth rates), but we state that migration is a false cure. The solution must be to support European families and maternity. Even if we cannot reach replacement level fertility, replacing the population is not a solution.
Sanctions on Foreign Funding: Immediate legislative action to seize assets of foreign state-sponsored religious organisations (like the Turkish DITIB in Germany) if they are found to be spreading anti-constitutional or anti-European propaganda.
5. Strategic Outlook: From Defensive Posture to European Sovereignty
No civilisation has ever survived by denying the material and cultural preconditions of its own existence. Order, security, demographic and ethnocultural continuity are the foundations upon which societies were historically built. We want to return confidence and pride to the European civilisational project. We refuse to let ourselves be diluted in order to accommodate and tolerate people from different cultural spheres more easily any longer; it is something they would not themselves accept in their own home countries. No other civilisation deconstructs itself, so why should Europe?
The End of Moral Theatre
In recent years, Europeans have moved on from the moral theatre that has characterised the early years of the refugee crisis, where politicians were outbidding themselves over how virtuous and selfless they could be in welcoming new arrivals. However, we have entered a new era of cowardice, silence and passivity, where due to the difficulty and political costs that come with reforming the ECHR, Europe prefers to just passively accept the dysfunctional asylum system. Alternatively, countries choose to erode the rule of law to resist Europe’s asylum system like Hungary4. Only through decisive action can we stop this deterioration.
Security as a Precondition for Freedom
Freedom does not exist in chaos. The ability to walk freely through a city, to publicly assemble, to celebrate traditions without fear, and to trust the neutrality of state institutions are prerequisites for any meaningful conception of liberty. Safety is built on trust; trust is built on familiarity. We cannot be made to feel like strangers in our own home countries if we want to live in safety; we likewise want to prevent ethnic segregation in our cities. A Europe that cannot control who enters its territory is not sovereign; a Europe that cannot deport those who violate its laws won’t survive as a coherent state.5
We therefore assert a simple hierarchy: security precedes integration, law precedes compassion, and sovereignty precedes solidarity. Without this order, all three concepts collapse.
Federalism with Teeth
This strategy requires a Federal Europe – not a technocratic superstructure, but a political entity capable of decisive action. Fragmented national approaches have failed. As long as one state remains porous, all others are vulnerable. Federal competence over borders, deportation, and migration law is not an ideological preference, but a functional necessity of a healthy society.
At the same time, this federalism must be democratically anchored. Citizens must regain the sense that political decisions reflect their lived reality rather than abstract moral theories. The current disconnect between public opinion and policy outcomes is unsustainable.
Federalism will also give us the strength to order our immediate surroundings — from North Africa to Syria to Turkey in order to ensure our safety as well as reliable external borders.
A Europe Worth Defending
Ultimately, the question is not whether Europe can afford this strategy. The question is whether Europe can afford not to pursue it. The costs of inaction are already visible: rising crime, social fragmentation, declining trust, rising housing costs, overburdened healthcare systems, and demographic corrosion. Nothing hurts the legitimacy of the European project more than the current migration regime. As long as the European project is associated with globalist ideas of humans being interchangeable regardless of cultural and ethnic context, it will not survive. These trends, left unchecked, will lead to irreversible decline.
Ave Europa stands for a Europe that is once again worth defending: ethnoculturally confident, socially cohesive, economically productive, and geopolitically assertive.
